Appointment confirmation

Appointments are only confirmed after the beauty studio accepts the request. Please arrive on time. Contact the studio as early as possible when you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Arrival

Please arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce the treatment time or require rescheduling when it would affect another client.

Treatment suitability

Clients must disclose allergies, sensitivity, medication, pregnancy, injuries, recent procedures, active infections or medical information that may affect treatment suitability. The therapist may postpone or decline a treatment when it is not considered appropriate or safe.

Prices, discounts and vouchers

Website prices and estimated discounts are confirmed by the studio. No online payment is collected by this version of the website. “From” prices may vary according to the final treatment area.

Marketing consent is optional and separate from booking consent.
