Aftercare
What aftercare should I follow?
Your therapist will provide treatment-specific instructions. In general, use gentle products, protect the skin from the sun and avoid unnecessary heat or friction after treatment.
Bookings
How is my appointment confirmed?
After you submit a booking request, the beauty studio reviews availability and confirms the appointment. A request is not final until you receive confirmation.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Please contact the studio as early as possible. The recommended notice period is at least 24 hours.
Facials
What should I do before a peel or microneedling treatment?
Avoid strong active skincare products, excessive sun exposure and facial waxing before treatment. A consultation may be required.
Health and safety
Who should disclose health information before treatment?
Please share allergies, skin sensitivity, pregnancy, medication, recent surgery, active infections, injuries or medical conditions that may affect treatment suitability.
Waxing
How should I prepare for waxing?
Allow suitable hair growth, avoid heavy lotions on the treatment area on the day, and disclose skin medication, recent peels or irritation.
